How long does a project take from brief to delivery?

A social reel edit takes 3–5 working days. A full brand film typically takes 2–4 weeks — covering pre-production, shoot day, and post. We'll confirm a clear timeline before we start.

Do you travel outside your local area?

Yes — we're UK-wide. Travel within a reasonable radius is included. For shoots further afield, travel and accommodation are added at cost and confirmed in your quote upfront. No surprises.

What do I need to prepare before the shoot day?

We send a detailed pre-shoot brief once you book. Generally: confirm the location, let us know key shots you want, and have anyone on camera wear what they'd normally wear. We handle the rest.

What if I don't like the final edit?

Every package includes revision rounds. We share a rough cut first so you can give notes before the final grade. In practice, most clients are happy after the first cut. If not, we work through it until you are.

All packages say "1 person" — what does that mean?

Package prices are based on one crew member. If your shoot needs a second camera operator, assistant, or second photographer, an additional daily rate applies. We'll always advise in advance.

Do you work with individuals as well as businesses?

Both. We work with brands, agencies, small businesses, startups, sole traders, and individuals. Personal projects, corporate shoots — same care goes into every one.

Can I supply my own music for the edit?

Yes. You can supply licensed tracks or share Spotify references, and we can source from our licensed library. If you want a specific commercial track, licensing costs are added at cost.

Do you offer payment plans?

For projects over £500, we split payment: 50% to confirm the booking and 50% on delivery. Monthly content packages are invoiced monthly in advance.

I have footage already — can you just edit it?

Yes — that's exactly what our Post-Production packages are for. Starting from £199 for social content edits. See the full pricing page for details.

What's included in the Content Creator monthly packages?

Regular short-form video and photography for your social channels — shot, edited, graded and ready to post. The Starter package is 4 videos and 8 photos per month.
